  • Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

    Yes, we are a "Pet Friendly" hotel. We accept cats and dogs under 40 lbs at no additional cost.

  • What is the Check-in / Check-out time?

      Check in is at 3:00 pm Check out is at 1:00 pm

  • Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

    No, we do not have wheelchair accessible rooms.

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the hotel?

    We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Diners. We also accept Lifemiles points.

  • ¿Permite early o late check out?

    If permitted, with payment of 50% of the rate, 5 hours before or 5 hours after the established time and subject to availability.

    Yes, in private vehicles, Airport Hotel $65,000 and airport hotel $60,000, after 8:00 pm there is a surcharge of $5,000.
