PET PACKAGE Includes: Loan of a pet-friendly bed, grooming bag kit, and snacks. CONDITIONS AND FEATURES: Dogs and cats are welcome, please keep in mind: •The pet must not exceed 21 kg in weight. •Pets staying at the hotel must be calm and able to interact with other dogs or cats. •During the stay at the hotel, the pet must have an identification collar at all times. •The pet must be accompanied at all times and under the responsibility and custody of its parents. •Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, gym, or event rooms. •Pet owners are allowed on the bar terrace, provided they are in a crate or on a leash. •The pet owner is responsible for picking up after their dog; bags are available for this purpose. •The pet owner agrees to leave the room with their pet in the event of a complaint from another guest or hotel guest. •The pet owner must keep their pet on a leash when the maid or any hotel staff member enters their room. •The pet owner agrees to pay for any damage caused by their pet, both in the room and in common areas of the hotel, should this occur. •In the event that the pet injures or attacks another guest or hotel employee, the pet owner agrees to pay all medical costs that the affected person requires, even if requested by the affected person, the pet owner must compensate the affected guest. •Dog beds are available; these are subject to availability; therefore, it is important that you notify us in advance of your pet's visit to our hotel. •In case the bed is damaged and needs to be replaced, the cost will be charged to your account (COP$200,000). INSTRUCTIONS: To access the package, a reservation must be made in advance. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. GUARANTEE POLICIES: A valid credit card information must be provided at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: Non-refundable rates carry a 100% penalty for changes or cancellations. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations outside of the established period or no-shows will incur a fee equal to the value of the first night. LEGAL: It is mandatory to present the pet's updated vaccination record at check-in. At Hotel Rosales Plaza, we embrace and promote local and international standards and laws that protect children and adolescents from exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism. Pursuant to Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009, it is noted that exploitation, pornography, sex tourism, and other forms of sexual abuse of minors in Colombia are subject to criminal and administrative penalties in accordance with current laws. It is recalled that the trafficking and commercialization of endangered species is considered illegal in Colombia and is subject to criminal penalties (Resolution 0572 of 2005 and Decree 584 of 2002). Colombian law prohibits and penalizes the illegal damage and commercialization of cultural heritage assets. At the Rosales Plaza Hotel, we support Resolution 1956 of 2008, which establishes measures related to cigarette and tobacco use. The fine for smoking in rooms is USD $250 per day.
