Reservation confirmation is only given when the hotel provides the guest with a valid reservation number, either by email or phone. Our rates include unlimited wireless or wired internet access on a maximum of 3 devices per room. Rates do not include 19% VAT. In accordance with Decree 297 of 2016, all foreigners visiting the country for tourism are entitled to VAT exemption on accommodations. This exemption applies to non-resident foreign passengers who must present their passport with a PIP-5, PIP-3, PIP-6, PIP-10, TP-7, TP-11, and TP-12 stamp, or a VISA TP-11 not older than 30 days at check-in. This confirms that the passenger is a tourist or is entering the country for cultural or other events or medical treatment purposes. If a business stamp or any other stamp other than those mentioned above is presented, the guest must pay the hotel the corresponding VAT of 19% of the confirmed room rate. The rate does not include hotel insurance of COP$8,000 per person, per night. If you wish to purchase this insurance, it is optional and must be paid at the reception desk, in accordance with Law 1558 of 2012. Check-in time: 3:00 PM - Check-out time: 1:00 PM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, we suggest checking with the Reservations Department for availability or any additional charges that may apply. INSTRUCTIONS: Upon check-in, our guests must present their photo ID, issued by an official authority, as a precautionary measure for their own safety. All minors must also carry valid identification proving their relationship to the room keeper. GUARANTEE POLICY: For individual reservations, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. For corporate reservations, an email or letter guaranteeing the reservation and indicating the applicable charges is required. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations outside of this period or no-shows will be charged the same as the first night's stay, and the room is guaranteed until 1:00 PM. After this time, cancellation will be subject to a surcharge. Please note that changes to the length or date of your reservation may result in a surcharge. At the Rosales Plaza Hotel, we support Resolution 1956 of 2008, which establishes measures related to cigarette and tobacco use. The fine for smoking in rooms is USD $250 per day.
