INVERSIONES HOTELELERAS ROSALES SA – HOTEL ROSALES PLAZA TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. PURPOSE To provide the policies, conditions and terms of the room reservation purchased at HOTEL ROSALES PLAZA BOGOTÁ, in compliance with internal guidelines and applicable legal provisions. 2. SCOPE Applies to the client who has purchased an individual accommodation reservation (rooms) at HOTEL ROSALES PLAZA BOGOTÁ. 3. GENERALITIES 3.1. Check In (entrance to the hotel) and Check Out (departure from the hotel) Policy: Your reservation starts at 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival and ends at 1:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m.) on the day of departure. 3.2. Cancellation and Modification Policy: You may cancel or modify your reservation(s) in accordance with the provisions of the rate or plan purchased. If you do not use your reservation and have not canceled or modified it within the established time, you will be charged a penalty equal to the value of the first night's accommodation plus taxes and additional services reserved. Not applicable to non-refundable rates. 3.3. Minor Registration Policy: If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the minor's identification document (civil registry) that proves the existence of the kinship. If the minor(s) are not traveling with their parents, you must submit to the reception, in addition to the minor's identification document (civil registry), the parents' permission, which must be authenticated by a Notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors are not permitted to enter the hotel. The above is in accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001, the Statute to Prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, and its applicable regulations. 3.4. Early Check-In Policy: a. Service subject to availability. b. Check-in before 8:00 a.m. will be charged for the full night, with breakfast included if the rate for the following days includes it. c. Check-in between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged half the rate purchased for your stay, with breakfast included if the rate for the following days includes it and is within service hours. d. After 12:00 p.m., check-in to the room is granted as a courtesy from the Hotel, without breakfast. 3.5. Early Departure Policy a. Inform the hotel one day in advance of your early departure date so that the room can be made available for sale. b. Failure to provide this information will result in the guest being charged for the night(s). c. During high season, 100% of unused nights will be charged. 3.6. Late Check-Out Policy a. Subject to availability. b. Late check-out until 3:00 p.m. free of charge. c. Late check-out between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. will be charged half the rate purchased for the guest's stay. d. Late check-out after 7:00 p.m. will be charged the full rate purchased for the guest's stay. 3.7. Relocation Policy: If the HOTEL is unable to honor a reservation accepted in writing, or is forced to terminate the accommodation early, it must obtain accommodation for the GUEST at another establishment with a similar rate. If the rate at the substitute hotel is lower, the HOTEL will refund the difference to the GUEST; if it is higher, the HOTEL will assume the difference. 3.7. Sustainability Policy: At HOTEL ROSALES PLAZA BOGOTÁ, we are committed to the sustainable development of our environment, assuming legal commitments in environmental, sociocultural, and economic aspects. We have implemented a mechanism to protect the physical and moral integrity of children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations, applying security and control measures aimed at preserving their rights. The exploitation and abuse of minors in Colombia constitute punishable conduct, in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code, Law 679/01. To support this, all our employees have signed a code of conduct on this matter. Likewise, please be advised that the trafficking and commercialization of endangered species is considered illegal in Colombia and is punishable by law (Resolution No. 0572/05 and Decree 584/02). The trafficking and commercialization of cultural property is also prohibited (Law 397/97). 3.8. Anti-Smoking Policy: In accordance with the provisions established in Law 1335 of 2009, our hotel has smoke-free spaces and environments. Consequently, the guest accepts the obligation to refrain from smoking in spaces, areas and environments that are demarcated as smoke-free spaces, as well as in closed spaces such as rooms, hallways, restaurants, lounges, and others. In the event that the guest fails to comply with this obligation, they agree to pay a penalty equivalent to USD $250 if they smoke in the room or USD $150 if they smoke in common areas, for failure to comply with their obligations. 3.9. Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data: The GUEST authorizes INVERSIONES HOTELERAS ROSALES SA, the operating company of HOTEL ROSALES PLAZA BOGOTÁ, to process their personal data, which has been provided through various marketing channels. The hotel informs that personal data will be kept with special care, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other regulations that modify, regulate or expand the regulations on the matter, as well as what is contemplated in the Privacy Policies and Personal Data Processing Manual of Inversiones Hoteleras Rosales SA, which can be consulted at the following link: https://www.hotelrosalesplaza.com/pol%C3%ADticas-de-privacidad 3.10. Withdrawal Policy: When you book our services through www.hotelrosalesplaza.com or the Reservations Center, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within five business days of purchase confirmation. Withdrawal will not apply to reservations with a check-in date less than five days in advance. To withdraw, please send an email to reservas.ash@avianethoteles.com if you made your purchase through the website, or contact the Reservations Center if you made your purchase through that channel. Refunds will be made without deductions of any kind, by bank deposit or transfer in the name of the reservation holder or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the payment method used, within 30 calendar days of exercising the right of withdrawal. 3.11 Reversal Policy: When you reserve our services through www.hotelrosalesplaza.com or the Reservation Center and you have used a credit or debit card or any other electronic payment instrument as a means of payment and the means of payment used is issued by a financial institution domiciled in Colombia, you may request a reversal in case of fraud, unsolicited transaction or purchased product not received. 4.
